Maryann is very no nonsense and is straightforward. She has one goal in mind, and that is to help you succeed. She will tell you directly her opinions, and what you need to do. She does not take anything personally, and its very evident she has incredible patience. I appreciated never feeling pressured to buy into a situation I was not comfortable with. In fact, she frequently did the opposite, discouraging me from homes she felt were not the best both for my personal needs and long-term investment. I really appreciated that a lot. She always emphasizes even after purchasing she wouldn't leave me hanging. She continues to connect me to contractors, recommended stores, designers, etc as I make updates to my home and think about future remodeling. I highly recommend giving Maryann a call.
